About the Institute
Madan Mohan Malaviya University of Technology (MMMUT), Gorakhpur is a premier state technical university in Uttar Pradesh, established in 2013 by upgrading the Madan Mohan Malaviya Engineering College (founded in 1962). Spread across a lush 354-acre campus, MMMUT offers undergraduate, postgraduate, and doctoral programs in engineering, management, computer applications, and applied sciences. The university is accredited with an
‘A’ grade by NAAC and consistently ranks among the top engineering institutions in India (84th in NIRF Engineering 2024). Admissions are through national-level exams like
JEE Main, GATE, and CUET. With modern infrastructure, active student clubs, NCC/NSS participation, and a vibrant academic environment, MMMUT fosters holistic development. Its dedicated

Fee Structure
All selected self-sponsored foreign students for different programs will be required to pay prescribed tuition fees in addition to the regular fee like admission fee, security deposit, hostel fee, examination fee and any other depending on university rules and orders. The food/Mess charges are not covered under the prescribed fee and shall be borne by the candidate. The prescribed fee per annum is given in the following Table 1.

*Candidates admitted through DASA counselling will pay the applicable fee mentioned in Table3 directly to the University, except for half of the tuition fee, which has already been paid to DASA by the students.
*The student has to bear the expenses of medical insurance, life insurance and any other mandatory vaccination independently.
*The electricity and mess charges will be additional to the hostel fee and will be charged on actuals. The hostel fee will be charged on the prevailing rates.
NOTE: _A one-time full payment of academic and other fees must be made either at the time of joining or in advance at the beginning of the academic year for enrolled students.

Health needs are met via a fully operational Health Centre with medical officers and 24/7 services.
Recreational and sports infrastructure is extensive: the Shaheed Bandhu Singh Stadium supports a variety of outdoor and indoor sports, plus gymnasia, multipurpose indoor courts, and cricket, hockey, and football grounds.
